A Taste of Summer is inspired by that sense of discovery. It's about experiencing a place that feels entirely new, seeing the world through fresh eyes, and carrying a little piece of that wonder home with you.

Travelling from the UK to Australia, she found herself captivated by colours she'd never encountered before. Tropical fish flickered beneath the water's surface, shells washed ashore in delicate arrangements, and creek sand was etched with rippling patterns left behind by the tide. Everything felt brighter, warmer and more vibrant than the world she had left behind.

The stark contrast between the UK and Australia made every detail feel extraordinary. The vivid blues of the water, the tropical colours beneath the surface, and the endless feeling of summer offered a glimpse into a completely different way of life.
